Andrew S. Miller joined Sweetbaum Miller PC in January 2013. Mr. Miller has represented a diverse array of clients from Fortune 500 companies to growing technology start-ups. Mr. Miller practiced for several years in Los Angeles, prior to returning home to Colorado. His practice has concentrated on business and commercial litigation, including intellectual property, real estate, employment, professional negligence, and complex civil matters. Mr. Miller has extensive experience in all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through settlement, trial, and appeal, and practices with the client’s specific short and long term goals in mind. Mr. Miller is an alumni of the University of Colorado where he was a member of the varsity track and field team, specializing in the high jump and multi-events. He received his J.D. from the University of Southern California where he served as Articles Editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal, Supervisor for the Post Conviction Justice Project, and founded a number of student organizations.
