Joshua T. Keltner joined Sweetbaum Miller PC as an associate in October 2018. His practice focuses on civil, commercial, and real estate related litigation. Mr. Keltner also has extensive experience in construction-related claims and collections, including mechanics liens and verified claims. Mr. Keltner earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University, where he had the opportunity to intern with the Honorable William H. Steele, Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, and with the Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms. Mr. Keltner was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 2012. Mr. Keltner has represented clients in both Colorado State and Federal Court and has experience in all stages of litigation from initial investigation through discovery, trial, and appeal. Mr. Keltner also holds a master’s degree in cello performance from the University of Massachusetts and was recently awarded the George Holley Young Lawyer Award from the 1st Judicial District Bar Association in recognition of his activities with the Bar, the community, and in the practice of law.
