In the Real Estate Transactional practice group, our attorneys have extensive knowledge and experience in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, development, and zoning and land use matters involving land, office, retail, restaurant and mixed-use income producing and development projects, as well as single and multi-family residential properties, including condominium and common interest communities. Our attorneys represent and work with private and public sector stakeholders, developers, lenders, tenants, architects, builders and general contractors, providing insight and guidance through the myriad of issues intrinsic to a successful real estate project or transaction. We negotiate annexation, zoning, development and economic incentive agreements, we advise on the creation and use of special districts, manage the application of permits and other entitlements, negotiate leases and purchase and sale agreements, and monitor and manage use restrictions and other covenants, conditions and restrictions to enable our clients to maximize the value and opportunity of their commercial real estate assets.
